Reservation Policy: 30% of the total reservation amount due at time of booking, 70% due latest 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If canceled more than 60 days before arrival you get a 100% refund.

If canceled between 59 and 30 days before arrival you get a 50% refund.

If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, we do not offer refunds.

The Price Includes VAT, Tourist Tax, Final Cleaning

Property Damage Security Deposit: EUR 500 Refundable

Pets Conditionally Allowed After Owner Approval (max 2): an Extra Cleaning Charge of EUR 100 PER PET Will Apply
